High-Speed Wire Rod with Premium Surface Quality

Engineered for tight dimensional tolerances and superior surface finish, our Wire Rod Mills produce coils for drawing, cold-heading and welding applications. Multi-strand, no-twist finishing blocks paired with Stelmor controlled cooling give the metallurgical control needed for required grades, including high-carbon and alloy wire rod.

The group drive system ensures smooth synchronisation across all units for efficiency and easy operation.
Twist-free rolling is achieved by alternate roll shafts orientated at 90-degree angles.
Capable of rolling alloys and low/medium/high-carbon wire rods for various industrial applications.
Production up to 7,00,000 TPA for dia 5.5 mm-16 mm for wire rod and dia 6 mm-16 mm for TMT with grade F550 in coil form.
