Our block mills, manufactured under licence from KOBELCO and HEEPP, incorporate advanced technology for modern rebar and wire rod production. Engineered for high reliability, efficiency, and consistent performance, they support high-speed wire rod rolling as well as rebar production. These block mills are designed to deliver superior product quality, operational stability, and enhanced productivity for demanding rolling mill applications.
- Placement of vibration sensors to monitor the health of all the roll units and be able to work on preventive.
- White Metal on both sides with Thrust bearing on one side, which gives more strength & reliability to sustain high RPM.
