Precision Cooling for Superior Bar Properties
Our quenching systems deliver uniform cooling for TMT rebars and wire rods, producing the required tempered martensite rim and ductile core. Modular nozzle blocks, precision flow control and PLC-tuned pressure profiles ensure repeatable mechanical properties across the full size range.
